What plans are available?

Pay as you go gives you API access with no monthly commitment and a 5% platform fee on top-ups. Pro costs $20 per month and includes the Sansa IDE, unlimited predictions, and 1x usage. Max costs $200 per month and includes the Sansa IDE, unlimited predictions, 15x the usage of Pro, higher rate limits, and no platform fee on top-ups.

Do I need a plan to use the Sansa IDE?

Yes. The Sansa IDE and its predictions come with Pro and Max. Pay as you go covers the API only.

How is usage priced?

Accepted Answer

On pay as you go, usage is charged at Sansa’s published model and smart-routing prices. Pro and Max include a monthly amount of usage, and Max includes 15x the usage of Pro. Your existing coding subscription is billed separately by its provider.

Does unused usage roll over?

Accepted Answer

Included monthly usage resets at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits remain available after resets and cancellation. Included usage is used first.

What happens when I use my plan’s usage?

You can keep working on purchased top-up credits. Add credits manually or enable auto top-up. Top-ups have no platform fee on Max.

Can I switch plans?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade from Pro to Max at any time. Max starts right away with a new billing period. To move to a lower plan, cancel renewal and choose it once the current period ends.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel in billing settings to stop the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period. Purchased top-up credits remain available afterward.

Do I keep my existing coding subscription?

Yes. Sansa works alongside your existing subscription. Automatic switching lets Sansa serve extra usage when your existing subscription reaches its limit.
